Data Protection Notice

We explain why we process your personal data, to whom we transfer it and what rights you have under the KVKK.

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we explain below — as data controller — which personal data we process, for what purposes and on what legal grounds.

Personal Data We Process

Personal data is collected only when you submit a form, use the chat assistant or subscribe to the newsletter. Simply browsing the site does not create an identifiable record.

  • Contact and quote form: name, e-mail, phone (optional), subject and your message.
  • Technical service request form: name, company, phone, e-mail, machine model, serial number, purchase and fault dates, fault type and description, whether production has stopped, and optionally the photographs, documents and video files you upload.
  • Newsletter: your e-mail address only.
  • Chat assistant: the messages you type and, if you choose to share them, your contact details.
  • Technical records: your IP address and the submission time, recorded for security.

Purposes of Processing

  • Responding to quote, information and technical service requests
  • Managing pre-sales and after-sales support
  • Assessing fault reports and building a service history
  • Sending content if you have subscribed to the newsletter
  • Protecting site security and preventing abuse and spam
  • Meeting statutory retention and disclosure obligations

Legal Grounds

  • KVKK art. 5/2-c — directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract
  • KVKK art. 5/2-ç — compliance with a legal obligation
  • KVKK art. 5/2-f — legitimate interest (site security, prevention of abuse)
  • KVKK art. 5/1 — explicit consent (newsletter, chat assistant, consent-based content)

International Transfers

  • Chat assistant: Your messages are transmitted to OpenAI’s infrastructure to generate a reply. This happens only if you start a chat and give consent.
  • Fonts: Google Fonts is used for page typography; your IP address is disclosed to Google in the process.
  • Map: The map on the contact page loads only after you accept cookies. Without consent, no request is sent to Google.

Retention Periods

  • Form messages: Retained after your request is resolved for the limitation periods set out in applicable legislation, then deleted automatically.
  • Form attachments: Deleted together with the message they belong to. They are not stored at a publicly accessible address; only an authorised user can view them.
  • Chat records: Deleted automatically after 90 days.
  • Visit statistics: Deleted automatically after 90 days.

Your Rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction; to request that correction and erasure be notified to third parties; to object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis solely by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
