Describe the fault so our team arrives prepared
If we know in advance what happened and where, we set off with the right spare part and the right technician. The more detail you provide, the faster the response.
- Attach a photo of the fault and, if possible, a video.
- If there is an error code on the screen, please include it.
- State when it happened and during which operation.
