Yes. In our turnkey approach, shipping, installation, commissioning and operator training are part of the standard scope. Every item is listed separately in the quotation.
We keep critical spare parts in stock and offer 24/7 remote diagnostics and on-site intervention. Our target first response time for critical faults is 24 hours.
8–12 weeks for standard configurations; for custom automation lines it varies with scope. A firm schedule is shared when the order is confirmed.
We can offer leasing and instalment purchase options through partner financial institutions. We review the details during the quotation meeting.
