Suited to production lines that require controlled and repeatable bending of sheet metal parts. The axis configuration and guarding system are selected according to the workpiece and the production layout.
Motion and control components can be configured with different brand options. A servo pressure system can be used in high-tonnage applications.

The tonnage required depends on the thickness and type of sheet you are bending and on the bending length. A longer bend at the same thickness needs more tonnage; we recommend choosing based on your most demanding part.
Hydraulic systems are the economical solution at high tonnage. Servo systems consume less energy, run more quietly and improve positioning accuracy on repetitive work.
