Anka CNC Router
CNC router with ATC spindle, dry vacuum and chip extraction.
Suited to repetitive sheet processing in signage, furniture, metal and illuminated sign production. The vacuum system holds the workpiece while chip extraction helps keep the working area clean.
The ATC spindle, external handwheel and automatic lubrication reduce operator intervention. A helical rack and pinion with planetary gearbox provides motion transmission.

About ANKA-CNC-ROUTER
Wood, MDF, plywood, composite panels, aluminium composite, plexiglass and foam. With the right spindle and cutter, soft metals such as aluminium can also be machined.
The hardness of the material, the depth of cut and the daily running time determine it. On continuously running lines a higher-power spindle brings both speed and service-life advantages.
It holds the part on the table without clamps. Because there is no movement during cutting, accuracy improves and scrap on thin parts is reduced.
