Suited to workshops processing a range of sheet materials in signage, furniture, metal and illuminated sign production. Dry vacuum and chip extraction support workpiece holding and a tidy working area.

Tool changes are made with the ATC spindle and manual positioning with the external handwheel. The frame colour can be chosen to suit the production area or corporate preference.

About ASPAR-CNC-ROUTER

Wood, MDF, plywood, composite panels, aluminium composite, plexiglass and foam. With the right spindle and cutter, soft metals such as aluminium can also be machined.

The hardness of the material, the depth of cut and the daily running time determine it. On continuously running lines a higher-power spindle brings both speed and service-life advantages.

It holds the part on the table without clamps. Because there is no movement during cutting, accuracy improves and scrap on thin parts is reduced.
