Uras CNC Router

Aimed at sheet and part processing requirements in signage, furniture, metal and illuminated sign production. The dry vacuum pump holds the part on the table; the chip extraction system collects cutting waste.

The ATC spindle supports repeated tool changes while the external handwheel makes setup easier. Colour, lubrication and the motion system can be configured to production preferences.

About URAS-CNC-ROUTER

Wood, MDF, plywood, composite panels, aluminium composite, plexiglass and foam. With the right spindle and cutter, soft metals such as aluminium can also be machined.

The hardness of the material, the depth of cut and the daily running time determine it. On continuously running lines a higher-power spindle brings both speed and service-life advantages.

It holds the part on the table without clamps. Because there is no movement during cutting, accuracy improves and scrap on thin parts is reduced.
