CNC Router — Closed Gantry, inside and out
From frame design to hardware options: how the machine works and which jobs and production lines it suits.
The closed gantry structure adds rigidity to the body and reduces vibration at high speeds. It processes a full sheet in one pass, removing the need for pre-cutting and repositioning; in wood, acrylic, aluminium composite, model and relief work you go from sheet to finished part in a single flow.
This machine is the ZENITH series: a stress-relieved heavy industrial chassis, aluminium bed, OLI SAE145 8.5 kW spindle (24,000 rpm) and ATC / HSK-F63 automatic tool change (8 tools standard), designed for intensive production. Panasonic MINAS A6B AC servo motors, APEX AB gearboxes (≤3 arc/min), THK SHS linear guides and hardened, ground YYC racks deliver ±0.03 mm per 1000 mm; cutting speed is 60 m/min and rapid traverse 120 m/min.
The working area is configured from 160×280 cm up to 300×1200 cm, with a machining height of 10–120 cm. The vacuum system is set up for your work: the source (blower or dry-type pump), number of zones and control method are chosen separately. Dust extraction, automatic loading and unloading, labelling, aggregate and saw units, a drilling group and nesting software are available as options.
When choosing, start with your largest sheet size. ZENITH is aimed at intensive work with frequent tool changes; NEXORA suits regular production and ORIGO basic cutting and engraving. Machine dimensions and weight are finalised with the final design.

About CNC Router — Closed Gantry
If intensive production, high speed and precision come first, the closed gantry ZENITH is built for that work. If access to the table from three sides, feeding long material and frequent manual placement matter more, the open gantry NEXORA is the better fit. Decide by your production pace and how material reaches the bed.
It works with wood, acrylic and aluminium composite sheets for models, prototypes, relief work, engraving, signage and channel letters. Tooling, spindle speed and feed change with the material. Automatic tool change makes those switches simpler.
The blower flows 530 m³/h and the dry-type pump 305 m³/h. As a general rule, porous boards call for high flow, while small parts and sealed surfaces depend more on strong vacuum. Zoning is available as 4, 6 or custom, and control as a manual valve, via PC or as dynamic zones through PRIME CONTROL.
When one part needs different tools for roughing, finishing and drilling, the operator does not have to stop the machine for each change. Here the ATC / HSK-F63 system comes standard with 8 tools. On long single-tool cuts its contribution is more limited.
