An eco-solvent roll printer that prints up to 325 cm wide on roll media such as banner, vinyl, vehicle wrap film and canvas. It is aimed at outdoor advertising, vehicle wrapping, exhibition and stand graphics, window displays, wall decoration and canvas work. It uses Konica 9888H print heads, and you can configure it with 2 or 4 heads.
Smart infrared drying switches on when printing starts and off when it stops. The standard negative pressure system supports uninterrupted printing and a stable ink supply. A reflective photoelectric sensor allows printing on black banner, and head crash protection is standard. The eco-solvent print roller supports precise media advance and pass alignment and is backed by powerful fans. RIP software is MainTop or Photo Print.
Eco-solvent ink keys into coated vinyl and banner surfaces and dries with heat and airflow, which is why it is common for outdoor roll work. For rigid boards a UV process is the better fit, and for polyester fabric, sublimation.
Head count is the main decision. In 2-pass draft mode, 2 heads give 116 and 4 heads give 215 m²/h; in 8-pass mode those figures are 27 and 50 m²/h. When planning floor space, allow for machine dimensions of 5025 × 1036 × 1500 mm and a net weight of 855 kg.

About 320 cm 9888H
It comes down to your daily output. In 4-pass standard mode, 2 heads give 57 m²/h and 4 heads give 112 m²/h. Heavy banner and poster work points to 4 heads, while a lower production pace may only call for 2.
Yes. The reflective photoelectric sensor allows printing on black banner. To see the colour result on a dark base, it is worth asking for a sample on your own material.
If your work is mostly roll media such as vinyl, banner, wrap film and canvas, eco-solvent is designed for exactly that and dries with heat and airflow. If you also need to print on rigid surfaces such as glass, metal or acrylic, look at the UV hybrid or UV flatbed machines.
The power supply is 220 V / 60 A / 50 Hz, with a maximum machine power of 9095 W. Drying uses an infrared heater and fan, so plan ventilation for the print area as well. RIP software is MainTop or Photo Print.
