CNC Router — ORIGO
PRIME ORIGOORIGO series CNC router. A light frame, stepper motors and a 3.5 kW spindle give an economical starting setup for workshops buying their first CNC for basic cutting and engraving.
- Economical start with a light frame and stepper motors
- HQD 3.5 kW spindle, 18,000 rpm
- 12 m/min cutting speed, ±0.09 mm per 1000 mm
CNC Router — ORIGO, inside and out
From frame design to hardware options: how the machine works and which jobs and production lines it suits.
The entry level of the PRIME CNC Router family. With a light frame and stepper motors it offers economical equipment for basic cutting and engraving, and a controlled start for workshops buying their first CNC.
This machine is the ORIGO series. NEXORA is the servo-driven mid level and ZENITH the AC-servo heavy industrial level; all three share the same X, Y and Z size options. The working area is chosen between 160–300 cm wide and 280–1200 cm long, and any non-standard size can be built.
The HQD 3.5 kW spindle reaches 18,000 rpm, with manual ER25 tool changes. The RichAuto A11 DSP controller works with a handheld pendant, and the electrical cabinet is inside the machine. An MDF table, SAIR rails and YYC racks give ±0.09 mm per 1000 mm motion accuracy.
Motion uses Leadshine stepper motors and drivers with Leadshine PLF gearboxes; cutting speed is 12 m/min and rapid travel 18 m/min. The vacuum source is a blower or dry pump, zoning is 4, 6 or custom, and control is by manual valve.
When choosing, look at your workload: ORIGO can be enough for basic cutting and engraving, while continuous production and frequent tool changes point to NEXORA or ZENITH. Component brands may change to equivalent quality depending on supply; machine dimensions and weight are set with the final design.

All values are for the standard configuration. For specific needs we share configuration options during the quotation process.
ORIGO equipment: HQD GDF46-18Z/3.5 spindle, fan air cooling; manual ER25 tool change; Leadshine CM stepper motors with DM drivers; Leadshine PLF gearboxes (≤ 10 arc/min); SAIR rails — one 20 mm single-row square rail on Y1 and Y2 each, two on X, narrow carriages; rapid travel 18 m/min; MDF table.
Processing height (Z) is chosen between 100 and 1200 mm; this is separate from Z travel. Vacuum source blower or dry pump; zoning 4, 6 or custom. Component brands may change to equivalent quality depending on supply. Machine dimensions and weight are set with the final design.
About PRIME ORIGO
ORIGO is the entry level intended for workshops buying their first CNC. The RichAuto A11 DSP controller runs from a handheld pendant and tools are changed manually. For basic cutting and engraving it offers a controlled start.
ORIGO is the light, stepper-driven entry level. NEXORA is the servo-driven mid level and ZENITH the AC-servo heavy industrial level. All three share the same X, Y and Z size options, so the difference lies in equipment and production pace rather than table size.
Wood, acrylic and aluminium composite sheets for models, prototypes, relief work, engraving, signage and channel letters all fall within its range. On hard material and deep passes, spindle power and frame rigidity become decisive. Tell us your main material and we can review the choice together.
Yes, any non-standard size can be built. The working area is normally chosen between 160–300 cm wide and 280–1200 cm long. Processing height is set separately between 100 and 1200 mm.
Dust extraction, automatic loading and unloading, labelling, bed sweeping, aggregate and saw units, vacuum pods and a drilling group can be added. Use the Configure button to make your selections and request a quote, or use the quote form or WhatsApp.
