CO₂ Laser — Enclosed Type 100×80, inside and out

From frame design to hardware options: how the machine works and which jobs and production lines it suits.

The enclosed cabin controls access to the cutting area and, together with fume extraction, provides an orderly working space. It is used for detailed work such as name plates, gifts, models, invitations and small stand parts, with cutting and engraving on acrylic, wood, textile, felt, leather and paper.

This model has a 100×80 cm table; the enclosed family is also offered in 60×90, 130×90 and 100×160 cm. The laser tube is configured as glass or metal at 40, 60, 80, 100 or 120 W; power is selected according to the material you process and your target output.

The table is matched to the material: slat/blade tables support rigid sheets and large parts, honeycomb tables give denser support for thin and flexible materials, and vacuum tables keep light sheets flat. Three supporting systems are planned together: cooling that holds the glass tube at a stable working temperature, air assist with adjustable pressure and flow at the cutting point, and extraction that draws fumes away from the working area.

When choosing, consider your largest part and whether your work is mainly cutting or engraving. Chlorine-bearing materials such as PVC are not suitable for CO₂ laser processing, so check your material first.
