This digital CNC cutter takes the design from the computer and cuts complex contours in foam and flexible materials with oscillating knife technology, no dies needed. Because there is no die to prepare, it is practical for samples, short runs and frequently changing jobs. It gives clean edges for packaging, advertising, crafts and toy production.
The oscillating knife moves rapidly up and down to part the material instead of crushing it. A vacuum pump holds the material on the table, full servo motors drive the head along the contour, and a red cross light is used for positioning. Catalogue figures for the PRIME-1625 are 200–2600 mm/s cutting speed, 0.05 mm accuracy and 0.1–40 mm cutting thickness.
Five working areas are available: 130 × 250 cm (foam board, cardboard, sign panels), 160 × 250 cm (digital prints, fabric, foam, packaging), 160 × 300 cm (long fabrics, foam, sign boards), 200 × 300 cm (wide textiles, composites, large panels) and 250 × 160 cm (wide sheets and film). Custom sizes are made on request.
When choosing, look at your largest sheet size, whether your material arrives on rolls or as boards, and which tools you need. The optional conveyor table advances roll fabric, leather and PVC step by step for serial cutting of long jobs. Options with a milling motor also process composites, rigid foam board and suitable wood.

It suits foam, cardboard, foam board, fabric, leather, PVC and similar flexible materials. For harder materials such as composites, rigid foam board and suitable wood, look at the milling motor option. If you have a sample material, mention it when you ask for a quote.
Choose by the sheet or roll width you cut most often. 130 × 250 cm fits foam board and sign panels, 200 × 300 cm fits wide textiles and large panels, and 250 × 160 cm fits wide sheets and film. The PRIME-1625 measures 3500 × 2200 × 1200 mm and weighs 1500 kg; the catalogue gives no such figures for the other four sizes.
If your material comes on rolls and the job is longer than the table, the conveyor is the practical choice. Fabric, leather and PVC advance in steps, so long jobs are cut in sections. If you cut boards, a fixed table is usually enough.
Options are the pneumatic cutter, V-groove, rotary knife, milling motor, oscillating knife, creasing, kiss-cut and drag knife. The right set depends on your material and on whether folded products such as boxes need grooves or creases.
