CO₂ Laser — Open Type 1530Q

An open-bed CO₂ laser cutter with a large working area for big sheets. It cuts sign letters, decorative panels and display elements in acrylic and wood sheets. The open bed makes loading sheets and collecting parts easy.

Working areas of 150 × 300, 200 × 300 and 300 × 500 cm are available. The laser tube is a glass tube from 100 to 600 W or a metal tube at 150, 300 or 500 W. Glass tubes come in steps of 100, 130, 150, 170, 200, 300, 450 and 600 W; 500 W is available only as a metal tube.

The bed is configured as slat / blade, honeycomb or vacuum to suit the application. Cooling, air assist and fume extraction support cutting. Chiller capacity depends on tube power and ambient conditions. Share your material, thickness and target volume and we will assess cutting time, edge quality and part cost together.

When choosing, first settle the largest sheet you use; if the working area is smaller than the sheet, you will have to divide it beforehand. For power, look at your thickest material and target cutting speed: in general, more power on the same material allows thicker cuts or higher speed. Since an open bed has no cabin, plan fume extraction, duct routing and work-area safety from the start. The catalogue gives no cutting speed, dimensions or weight, so ask for these at the quote stage when planning your layout.
