A UV flatbed printer for promotional and personalisation work. It prints directly onto metal, leather, wood, plastic, glass and ceramic surfaces. With white ink and varnish options it suits personalised product manufacturing even in single quantities.
The print area is 90×60 cm, with a 130×130 cm size available if you need it. Material up to 150 mm thick can be processed, so boxes, panels and bulky objects can be printed alongside flat sheets. The vacuum print table holds material steady in the print area, and smart collision avoidance protects the head against tall objects.
Four Epson i3200-U1 print heads are used, with a print resolution of up to 3200 dpi. The ink layout is configured as CMYK + white + varnish or adhesive + CMYK + white + varnish, and a white ink circulation system prevents settling. The ink cures under UV light, which is why it can be used on non-absorbent surfaces.
The machine is supplied under the model code PRIME 9060-3(Pro) and its RIP software is PhotoPrint. The control panel, head maintenance station, UV cooling unit, linear guide rail, cable carrier chain and emergency stop button are part of the equipment. For small items such as pens, boxes and cases, 90×60 cm is often enough. If you print larger panels or want to lay out many items on the table at once, look at the 130×130 cm option. The size of your largest product and how many you want to print per run will settle it.
It prints directly on metal, leather, wood, plastic, glass and ceramic surfaces. Material up to 150 mm thick can be processed, so boxes, panels and bulky objects can be printed too. UV ink adhesion can vary by surface, so test on your own product.
In the standard layout, white carries colours on dark and transparent bases and varnish gives a surface effect. The other layout adds an adhesive channel to these layers. You can discuss which suits the material you print at quotation.
