Camera-Guided Table Fiber Laser Welder, inside and out
From frame design to hardware options: how the machine works and which jobs and production lines it suits.
This table-type fiber laser welder follows the weld point in real time with a CCD camera. It works on aluminium, stainless steel, titanium and galvanised sheet. It is intended for precise work where the part stays fixed on the table and seeing the weld position matters.
The fiber laser beam is focused to a small spot, and the camera lets you track where that spot is. Power options are 1500 and 2000 W. Welding thickness at 1500 W is 0.2–3 mm on aluminium, 0.2–4 mm on galvanised and 0.6–4 mm on stainless; at 2000 W it is 0.2–4 mm on aluminium, 0.2–6 mm on galvanised and 0.6–6 mm on stainless.
It suits decorative products, signage and precision fabrication. In signs and channel letters, and in gift and promotional products, it is used on parts with visible surfaces. Correct settings help reduce distortion, which matters on thin sheet parts that should need little work after welding.
When choosing, start from the material you weld most and your thickest part. As aluminium or galvanised thickness goes up, the 2000 W option makes more sense. The catalogue gives no thickness figures for titanium, so if you work with it, describe your part when you ask for a quote.

All values are for the standard configuration. For specific needs we share configuration options during the quotation process.
Welding thickness: 1500 W — aluminium 0.2–3 mm, galvanised 0.2–4 mm, stainless 0.6–4 mm. 2000 W — aluminium 0.2–4 mm, galvanised 0.2–6 mm, stainless 0.6–6 mm.
About Camera-Guided Table Fiber Laser Welder
The decision mostly comes down to your thickest part. 1500 W covers 0.6–4 mm on stainless and 0.2–3 mm on aluminium. If you need up to 6 mm on stainless or 4 mm on aluminium, choose 2000 W.
It lets you watch the weld point in real time. On small parts and visible seams it is easier to check that the weld lands in the right place. This is especially useful on channel letters and decorative products.
If your parts fit on the table and need precise positioning, the table type is the better fit. If parts are large or hard to move and you need to bring the weld to them, look at the Handheld Fiber Laser Welder.
Titanium is among the machine's suitable materials, but the catalogue gives no thickness figures for it. Titanium is generally sensitive to shielding gas quality. Telling us your part thickness and job at quotation helps us assess it properly.
