An automatic feeding, channel grooving and bending system for signage and channel letter production. It feeds metal return strips automatically from the coil, then grooves, cuts and bends them; illuminated or non-illuminated sign letters, logos, emblems and decorative lettering forms are produced on one machine.
Two series are offered. ORIGO AL Series is for flat aluminium coil strips and all aluminium profiles; it feeds automatically, grooves and cuts on the front or back face and bends automatically, with a grooving angle adjustable between 45 and 135 degrees and cutting by double-sided oscillating milling. ZENITH S+ Series is for stainless steel, iron, copper, flat aluminium and galvanised steel; it offers automatic notching and cutting, optional automatic drilling and vertical cutting with a lathe/milling blade.
Material height is 20–130 mm on both series. Material thickness reaches 1.5 mm on ORIGO AL; on ZENITH S+ it is up to 1.2 mm in stainless steel and iron and up to 1.5 mm in flat aluminium. Accuracy is better than 0.1 mm and bending radius is R6 mm.
AI, DXF and PLT files are supported, so a letter form goes straight into production through a user-friendly interface. Drive is 2 stepper + 1 servo motor on ORIGO AL and 2 servo / 2 stepper motors on ZENITH S+; supply is AC220V, 50/60 Hz. Aluminium-only shops lean to ORIGO AL; stainless steel or iron calls for ZENITH S+.

Material thickness: up to 1.5 mm on the ORIGO AL Series; on the ZENITH S+ Series up to 1.2 mm in stainless steel and iron, and up to 1.5 mm in flat aluminium.
Grooving and cutting is double-sided oscillating milling on ORIGO AL, and vertical cutting with a lathe/milling blade on ZENITH S+. Drive is 2 stepper + 1 servo motor on ORIGO AL, and 2 servo / 2 stepper motors on ZENITH S+. Supply is AC220V, 50/60 Hz.
About Channel Letter Bending Machine
If you work with flat aluminium coil strip and aluminium profiles, ORIGO AL is designed for that job. If you also process stainless steel, iron, copper or galvanised steel, you need ZENITH S+. Flat aluminium runs on both series.
ORIGO AL goes up to 1.5 mm. ZENITH S+ goes up to 1.2 mm in stainless steel and iron and up to 1.5 mm in flat aluminium. For copper and galvanised steel, ask about your thickness at the quote stage.
Material height is 20–130 mm on both series. With a bending radius of R6 mm, take this value into account at the design stage for small letters and tight inside corners.
AI, DXF and PLT file formats are supported. You can send a letter form straight into production through the user-friendly interface. Closed, clean contours generally make the work easier.
