An enclosed cabin fiber laser with dual shuttle tables. The protective cabin controls access to the cutting area with viewing windows and door interlocks and supports protection against the laser beam. With a suitable extraction system it helps collect fumes.
Dual shuttle tables let preparation and part collection happen on one table while cutting continues on the other, moving loading downtime outside production. Table change and collection time are included in the capacity calculation. The working area is configured from 1500×3000 mm up to 3000×12000 mm, with a Z axis of 62–156 mm.
Laser power is selected between 1 and 30 kW. The cutting head is auto-focus (OSPRI / WSX / RAYTOOLS / BOCHU / PRECITEC); control uses A4 TECH Pulse, RAYTOOLS EtherCAT or CypCut EtherCAT. Motion motors are VEICHI/INOVANCE, Delta or Yaskawa/Schneider AC servo depending on the level.
At ZENITH level, fume extraction comes with a 7.5 kW · 380 V · 3000 rpm medium-high pressure motor and a zoned automatic open–close extraction system, and lubrication is fully automatic. Nesting software, dual shuttle tables and automatic sheet loading–unloading are added as options. When choosing, count your daily sheets: frequent sheet changes increase the value of dual tables. Allow floor space for the shuttle movement in your layout.

Cooling: a dual-circuit chiller matched to the power of the laser source and the cutting head. Lubrication is manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic depending on the level. Fume extraction is internal ducting only on ORIGO and NEXORA; ZENITH adds a 7.5 kW · 380 V · 3000 rpm medium-high pressure motor with a zoned automatic open–close extraction system.
The cabinet is PRIME-designed; the status indicator shows blue on standby, green while running and red on fault. Software and automation options: nesting, dual table, loading–unloading and tube line.

It needs a dual-circuit chiller matched to the power for the laser source and cutting head, plus an air, nitrogen or oxygen supply suited to the chosen pressure system. Fume extraction on ORIGO and NEXORA is internal ducting only, so plan external extraction separately. On ZENITH the motor and zoned extraction system are included.
Control can be A4 TECH Pulse, RAYTOOLS EtherCAT or CypCut EtherCAT. Motion motors are VEICHI/INOVANCE, Delta or Yaskawa/Schneider AC servo depending on the level. Head and controller are matched to the selected power and to the sheet, tube or hybrid application.
