Fiber Laser — Tube and Profile Cutting Line
Fiber laser line for cutting round, square and rectangular tube and profile. Automatic feeding options include a bundle loader and chain magazine, with 1–12 kW power for section-processing plants.
- 40–360 mm standard diameter range
- Automatic feeding with bundle loader and chain magazine
- 1200 mm body width on dedicated H/I profile lines
Fiber Laser — Tube and Profile Cutting Line, inside and out
From frame design to hardware options: how the machine works and which jobs and production lines it suits.
A fiber laser line for cutting round, square and rectangular tube and profile. It brings loading, feeding, clamping, cutting and unloading into a single flow, reducing manual handling and measuring.
The bundle loader separates tubes and presents them to the line one by one; the chain magazine allows different sections to be prepared in sequence, and single or semi-automatic feeding can be chosen for small batches. Material is transferred to the chuck, centred and fed to the cut; follower supports carry long tubes, while chuck count and clamping layout affect remnant length and control of heavy parts.
Standard lines work with diameters of 40–360 mm; dedicated H/I profile lines go up to 1200 mm body width. Diameter and chuck opening are different measurements and are determined together per project. Laser power is selected between 1 and 12 kW; wall thickness, workable length and the clamping and support layout together determine capacity.
At the outfeed you can choose a support table, a conveyor or a collection area. The cutting head is auto-focus and uses the version suited to the axis structure in tube applications; control is A4 TECH Pulse, RAYTOOLS or CypCut.
Weigh your largest section, wall thickness and longest length together; 380–1200 mm diameters are custom lines per project. Large batches favour the bundle loader, mixed sections the chain magazine.

In numbers Fiber Laser — Tube and Profile Cutting Line
All values are for the standard configuration. For specific needs we share configuration options during the quotation process.
Tube diameter: 40–360 mm on standard lines. Diameters of 380–1200 mm and H/I profile lines (1200 mm frame width) are offered as custom lines per project; diameter and chuck opening are different measurements.
Cooling: a dual-circuit chiller sized to the power for the laser source and cutting head. Lubrication is manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic depending on the level. Fume extraction is internal piping only on ORIGO and NEXORA; ZENITH adds a 7.5 kW · 380 V · 3000 rpm medium-high pressure motor and zoned automatic open-close extraction.
The cabinet is a PRIME design; the status light is blue on standby, green when running and red on fault. Automation options: bundle loader, chain magazine, follow-up supports and outfeed conveyor.
About Fiber Laser — Tube and Profile Cutting Line
The line is built for round, square and rectangular tube and profile. Standard lines work with diameters of 40–360 mm. H/I profiles require a dedicated line, which goes up to 1200 mm body width.
No, they are different measurements and are determined together per project. Diameter describes the section being cut, while chuck opening is how far the chuck holding the material can open. Stating both separately in your quote request makes the choice clearer.
For large batches of the same section, the bundle loader separates tubes and presents them one by one. If you run different sections in sequence, the chain magazine fits better. For small batches, single or semi-automatic feeding may be enough.
Follower supports carry long tubes, while chuck count and clamping layout affect remnant length and control of heavy parts. Wall thickness, workable length and the clamping and support layout together determine capacity. Share your heaviest part at the quote stage for that reason.
